Cheryl had the great pleasure of growing up in Philadelphia area prior to heading south to Florida at the age of 23. Just two years after arriving in the sunny south, she purchased her first home. The house was in rather poor shape and needed major renovations - as the go-getter that she is, Cheryl decided to learn the different skills needed to bring the property up to her standards. Becoming a true "do it yourself" kind of gal, Cheryl has since purchased additional fixer uppers for herself and assisted many friends with renovating their homes.
For the last 25 years, Cheryl has worked as a successful stylist; the last 10 years, she's enjoyed the freedom and flexibility of being a self-employed stylist working on Palm Beach Island and in Deerfield Beach. With her diverse assortment of customers, she's made many good friends and great contacts along the way.
In 2002, Cheryl made the move the Village of Wellington. Finding the community to be very family-oriented, she knew this would be a great place to raise her children.
As an outdoor enthusiast and lover of exercising, soon after moving to Wellington, Cheryl joined a Pilates studio and met some great people. One of the ladies that she met and befriended at the studio was Carol A. Sollak - one of the owner's of Engel & Völkers Wellington. Cheryl immediately saw characteristics in Carol that she strives to embrace herself, such as being highly motivated, energetic, and a hard-worker. Over time Carol encouraged Cheryl to look into real estate sales, and within one year, Cheryl was licensed and working with Engel & Völkers.
Cheryl believes that Engel & Völkers is a great company offering many great opportunities and connections. She would love to assist you in finding your perfect home in Wellington or the surrounding area. Cheryl will work hard for you to help make your dreams come true - whether its looking for a short-term rental, to sell your home, or find your perfect dream home.
